Please treat our home and neighborhood with respect. We want you to have a comfortable stay, and these few rules help us keep the home in great condition for everyone. 1. No parties or events Parties, disruptive gatherings, or unregistered events are not permitted. Please keep indoor and outdoor noise reasonable, especially after 10 PM. 2. Registered guests only Only guests included on the reservation may stay overnight. Visitors are fine in reasonable numbers, but additional overnight guests must be added to the reservation. 3. Dogs are welcome — no pet fee Dogs must be included on the reservation. More than one dog, or any pet other than a dog, requires prior approval. Please clean up after pets and keep them off beds and upholstered furniture. Guests are responsible for pet-related damage or excessive cleaning when applicable. 4. No smoking or vaping indoors Smoking and vaping of any kind are prohibited inside the home and garage. Smoking is permitted only outside in the backyard/patio area. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. 5. Please report problems promptly If something isn't right, message us through the booking platform as soon as possible. We want the opportunity to investigate and address concerns during your stay rather than learning about them after checkout. 6. Respect the home and furnishings Please do not rearrange furniture. Report accidental damage as soon as possible. Guests may be responsible for repair, replacement, or excessive cleaning costs when appropriate. 7. Exterior security cameras and smart-home devices Exterior cameras monitor entrances, exits, driveway/parking areas and other exterior portions of the property for security. There are no cameras inside the home or private areas. Amazon Echo/Alexa devices may be provided in common areas for guest convenience. If you prefer not to use them, you are welcome to unplug them during your stay and plug them back in before checkout. Please do not cover, disable, move, redirect or tamper with exterior cameras, Wi-Fi equipment, smart locks, thermostats or other smart-home equipment. 8. Heating and air conditioning Please keep exterior doors and windows closed while the heating or air-conditioning system is operating. Do not tamper with HVAC equipment or controls. 9. No unauthorized EV or high-power equipment charging Please do not use the home's electrical system to charge electric vehicles or operate unusually high-power equipment without prior approval. 10. Oklahoma insects and pests The home is professionally cleaned and receives routine pest-control treatment. However, Oklahoma has a warm climate and wooded outdoor areas, so an occasional insect may still enter the home despite regular treatment. The presence of an occasional bug does not necessarily indicate a cleanliness or pest-control problem. If you notice unusual pest activity, please message us promptly so we have the opportunity to inspect and address it during your stay. 11. Starter supplies are provided We provide a reasonable starter supply of household essentials for the beginning of your stay, such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and other basic items that may be available at the property. These supplies are intended to help you get settled and are not intended to last for the entire stay or be replenished throughout the reservation. Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies they may need, particularly during longer stays. 12. Checkout is 11:00 AM We intentionally keep checkout simple — no long chore list. Please gather your belongings, secure the home and leave by 11:00 AM so our cleaning team can prepare for the next guest. Late checkout must be approved in advance. 13. Personal belongings Please double-check the home before leaving. We are not responsible for personal belongings left behind after checkout. If an item is found, we will make a reasonable effort to help arrange its return, but shipping and handling costs are the guest's responsibility. 14. Follow posted safety instructions Please supervise children and pets and use outdoor areas, grills, games and other amenities responsibly. 15. Cancellation policy The cancellation policy selected at booking applies. We strongly recommend travel insurance if unexpected circumstances could affect your trip.
