We had an extended stay here and it was awesome. Had all the amenities needed. House was clean and comfy with easy access to all things Broken Arrow and Tulsa. We will stay there every time we visit!!

Ryan was very responsive with any questions I had. The house was very clean. The kitchen was big enough to host a dinner party. Temperature was just right in the house. Loved the driveway leading to the front door plenty of space for about 3 cars. Loved that we didn't have to do anything upon check out except the trash . I will definitely be recommending Ryan & his properties to family & friends. Thank you Ryan for your great home & hospitality!!!

We had a great time and was able to get to all the places within a 15 min drive time. We visited the zoo, slick city, and the gathering place! The home was clean and as expected! It is easy to find and to get to the places you want to go!

This house was a great find. Super easy to access, close to lots of great shopping and restaurants. Host was super friendly and responsive when needed. House was as described and very clean. Nice quiet neighborhood.

My family of 10 stayed here and had ample space and loved the cabin and hot tub. The kids loved having their “own” living room and space downstairs to hang out. We really enjoyed the balcony, fire pits and rocking chairs as well as ping pong and the kayaks. It was easy to access the boat ramps to get them in and out of the lake. Washer and dryer were very handy, kitchen was easy to cook in, and wifi was great, too! Age 7 to 87 in our group and no complaints other than wishing we could stay longer!

Great stay. Ryan was very responsive when I had a questions for him. Great location that is central to all of Tulsa, yet still a quiet neighborhood. Will definitely look them up on our next trip to the area.

Was close to downtown, as we were there for a cheer comp! My kiddos loved that the house was so close to a McDonalds and ice cream place lol. Super quiet neighborhood and the beds were so comfortable. Would definitely stay here again if ever in town.

Comfy beds, very responsive host and we were able to bring our fur babies. We cooked, played games and visited family. Was like home away from home. Thank you Ryan!

Came down for the weekend to view. Some properties was going to get a hotel, but Ryan’s place jumped out at me. Price was actually cheaper for the weekend than even to stay in a hotel. It was very clean. Accommodated us greatly didn’t actually spend a lot of time in the home but the nights sleep was amazing. Beds were very comfortable after riding all day. Looking at land slept like a baby even woke up with no back pain. House is in a great location close to restaurants and stores for shopping definitely stay there againthanks Ryan for having a great property.
