We had a wonderful stay! The place was squeaky clean, cozy, and looked exactly like the pictures. Everything was well kept and made us feel right at home. We especially enjoyed the pool, massage chair, and workout equipment — those extra touches made the stay even better! Great communication and an overall amazing experience. We would definitely stay again!

Ryan’ spot was perfect for our group of 6 axe/knife thrower headed into Tulsa for our competition. No frills or crazy amenities needed just a solid place to crash with enough beds for 4 single sleepers and the one couple in our group. Ryan was easy to communicate with and super helpful from the beginning, the original air mattress had a small hole in it and deflated on me over the first night of our stay so I let Ryan know and he immediately replaced it. When I showed up back to the house after a long day of competing the brand new one was on the front doorstep ready for that nights sleep. Very appreciative of our host and our space and would definitely rent again for the future!

Me, my wife and a couple friends stopped to stay the weekend in Tulsa and was very impressed with the home. It was very nice and comfortable with a great location if we ever find ourselves back in Tulsa we would definitely stay here again

This place is for sure comfortable especially when you have a family. My dog loved the yard so much! She is an observer and sat quietly and watched everything with tons of space to run! We grilled almost every day! My kids LOVED TULSA and the gathering place! My husband was working in Catoosa at a plant and Tulsa was a short drive and has so much for children to do it was a perfect location for us! Also the neighbors across the were helpful to me when I had an issue with a luggage rack without me having to ask. I felt right at home! Make sure if you go you visit the D.W. Correll museum!

We had an extended stay here and it was awesome. Had all the amenities needed. House was clean and comfy with easy access to all things Broken Arrow and Tulsa. We will stay there every time we visit!!

Ryan was very responsive with any questions I had. The house was very clean. The kitchen was big enough to host a dinner party. Temperature was just right in the house. Loved the driveway leading to the front door plenty of space for about 3 cars. Loved that we didn't have to do anything upon check out except the trash . I will definitely be recommending Ryan & his properties to family & friends. Thank you Ryan for your great home & hospitality!!!
