I loved having my coffee out on the back patio in the morning and Chardonnay in the evening while being hugged by the pretty garden twinkle lights. Though I describe ambiance, safety is my priority and this is a safe, well established neighborhood where kids can play outside or ride their bikes. Feet away is a very nice grass park with play equipment and a softball field. Starbucks is one block away and a fresh fish market/restaurant is less than 2 miles away.
