grateful to stay here and this is the second time with Ryan's places we have loved both of them Ryan's a great host you will never be disappointed in any of them if you need a great host or place I recommend his.

Overall, we had a great stay. This was a last minute trip and we were worried we wouldn’t find anything that worked and within budget. This was perfect for us. Ryan’s communication was consistent and welcoming. Easy access to 71st street and the highway. The house itself was as described. These things were minor for us, but worth noting. Be prepared to have a lot of sap on your vehicles (Mother Nature is fun), the house is needing a few repairs (mainly foundation cracks, doors not quite closing), 4 forks (up to 9 people can stay. We bought disposables), etc. This would not prevent us from booking again if we are staying in the area.

Everything was as advertised. The setup is unique. The only bathroom is a jack and Jill so that was interesting. But we had everything we needed and were very comfortable.

Absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and met all our needs perfectly. Everything was as described, and the host made the experience seamless. Highly recommend for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

We booked a weekend at Ryan’s place on a last minute unexpected trip to Tulsa. Given the short notice, I was worried I wouldn’t be able to find somewhere that could accommodate my kids and my dogs but I luckily found Ryan’s house. It was clean and had everything we needed. It even had a pack and play, making that one less thing we needed to pack for my son. The location is also great, anywhere we needed to go was 15 minutes away or less. Highly recommend this house for anyone but especially those traveling with kids and/or dogs.

This was my second time to stay at this location. I did not have a dedicated checkout date at the end of my stay. It was very easy to communicate when I needed to extend my stay, and they were very flexible.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Tulsa! The home was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The hosts were absolutely amazing—super helpful and incredibly responsive any time I had a question. My kids especially loved the fenced-in backyard and had a blast running around and playing. It really felt like a home away from home. I’ll definitely be staying here again next time we’re in town. Highly recommend!

Cute and simple! No clutter, which I appreciate! Not a huge checkout list like you get with some air bnbs. I believe If I’m paying a cleaning fee I shouldn’t have to clean everything, lol. Just the basic common sense stuff like pick up your trash, etc. would stay again🙂

Our stay was great. We had a small issue with the door lock that was quickly resolved, so we appreciated the prompt response. We were grateful to be at a property so close to where we needed to be.
